Photographs and video will be taken during this event. Photos of children will not be posted on any personal social media accounts. The legal guardian gives permission to Edmonds United Methodist Church to publish photos/images of their child on the church website, Twitter, YouTube or other social news/media websites that promote the goals and objectives of the congregation. By granting this permission, the guardian understands that Edmonds UMC may use photos/images/videos of their child for purposes such as celebrating achievements and publicizing events, as deemed appropriate by the church staff and leadership. I assume any and all risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death, associated with my or my child(ren)’s use of Edmond’s United Methodist Church’s facilities and/or participation in VBS or other church-sponsored activities. I further agree on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, assigns, and personal representatives, to waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, including attorney fees, I now, or may hereafter have, whether known or unknown, against Edmonds United Methodist Church, it’s pastors, congregants, employees, and agents for any injuries suffered by me or my child(ren) in connection with church-sponsored activities.
